Audience Participation

As rule #4 states "Audience participation is mandatory, obligatory, repetative and redundant!" Here is a page to help you participate!

~There are many things to shout at the screen and there are many people who shout these things. Try to chime in once you've caught on.

The simplest of the shoutings is this:

If you see Brad Majors you shout "Asshole!"

If you see Janet Weis you shout "Slut!"

If you see the Criminologists you scream as if you were being threatened with a sharp object.

~ The other way to participate is with props. At every show we sell prop bags for $1 just in case you forgot your props at home. Below is a list of props and when to use them.

Prop Use
Rice To throw (up and back) during the wedding scene.
Newspaper To put over your head while Brad and Janet walk through the rain.
Glowstick To wave during the chorus of "There's a Light"
Noisemaker To celebrate the birth of Rocky, as one of the unconventional conventionist.
Party Hat To wear during the dinner scene.
Toast To throw (up and back) when Frank makes his Toast
Toilet Paper To throw (up and back) when Dr. Scott breaks through the wall.
Cards To throw (up and back) during "I'm Going Home" when Frank sings about "cards for sorrow and cards for pain"

~ Lastly, we come to the dancing! During the Timewarp you are to move to the aisles and dance. The song provides the directions and the actors act as examples. When the song is over, you must return to your seat but remain standing.
